Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply to services provided by Voxora Digital, a UK-based digital studio. A project proposal, quotation or statement of work may contain additional terms that take precedence where they differ.

Our services

We provide website design, development, branding, SEO and related digital services as agreed with you. We will use reasonable skill and care, and will keep you informed about progress, decisions and information needed from you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access and assets in good time, and for making sure you have permission to use materials you supply. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment stages and any ongoing costs will be set out in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable by the date shown. We may pause work where an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs, hosting, domains, software and advertising spend are not included unless expressly stated.

Ownership and portfolio use

Once agreed fees have been paid, you receive the rights to the final original work created specifically for your project, subject to any third-party licences. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and working files. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

Changes and cancellation

Changes to scope may require a revised quote or timeline. Either party may end a project in writing. You remain responsible for work completed and committed costs up to the end date.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages, or issues caused by content, instructions or services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under UK law.
